Ms. Brown provides expert counsel and leadership in her role as director of training, systems & policy development creating training programs, operating systems and policies for field use. She is considered one of affordable housing’s leading experts in the Midwest, having held key regional property supervisor positions with Interstate Realty Management /Michaels Development the nation’s largest developer/operator of affordable housing.  She was also the Executive Director for the Affordable Housing Management Association Region VIII.

Ms. Brown is “Green Advantaged – Residential” certified and serves as PHM’s “Green Manager” for products and maintenance practices.

A graduate of the State University of New York, Ms. Brown is a Certified Property Manager and holds a variety of industry training certifications.  She is also a broker in Missouri.
