Beeks is responsible for all site operations, program support and training at PHM. She is experienced in managing tax credit and subsidized housing, including compliance, asset management and tenant testing. Beeks worked with one of the largest property owners in the country (AIMCO) for 20 years, beginning as a property manager.  At PHM she managed properties in Illinois, Missouri, Maryland and Washington DC. Before these positions, she managed a portfolio of 30 developments with an average occupancy rate of 98%.
