Ms. Beeks is responsible for property operations and the performance of the POAH owned / PHM (Preservation Housing Management) managed properties. She is also responsible for program compliance, training and operating system development for a staff of more than 240 PHM employees who are located in eight states and the District of Columbia.

Ms. Beeks has more than 20 years of expertise in site operations and multi-site management having started as a leasing agent and progressing to a position as Chief Operating Officer at PHM since February, 2010.  Prior to coming to PHM Ms. Beeks held a key regional property management position in Chicago.
