Amos Allen, CPA, Controller

Mr. Allen is responsible for all property accounting and auditor liaison functions at Preservation Housing Management, along with external reporting for operations.  He leads a team of professional staff accountants at PHM’s Kansas City office and works on special projects involving operations, operating systems and training.

Mr. Allen began as a portfolio accountant with PHM in 2005 and has assumed progressively greater responsibilities up to being named Controller in 2010.

He is an honors graduate of Emporia State University and holds an MBA from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Mr. Allen is a Certified Public Accountant – Missouri.
