| POAH owns and operates 15 developments in Missouri, including both family and elderly housing. All are professionally managed by PHM. The 745-unit Hawthorne Place family property in Independence is POAH's single largest site; it is also home to a satellite facility of the Greater Kansas City Boys and Girls Clubs. In contrast, PHM manages developments with 50 or fewer apartments in Lamar, Liberty and Adrian. Most of the Missouri properties offer a range of activities and resident services programs to aid individuals and families in obtaining education and training, transportation or health services. |
