The development combines two-story townhouses with two- and three-story garden style buildings, organized around a large landscaped courtyard with children's play area. The Washington Gardens site, 10 acres in total, is bounded on all sides by mature growth trees which give the property a country feeling, although shopping, schools and other city services are less than one mile away. |
