Preservation Housing Management, LLC (PHM) has specialized in the professional management of affordable multifamily housing for more than 25 years. Initially founded as Midland Property Management, Inc., PHM became part of the POAH family in 2001, and currently manages over 4,000 subsidized apartments in Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, and Rhode Island. PHM’s staff numbers more than 150. Its corporate offices are located in Kansas City, Missouri.

The apartment communities managed by PHM range vary in age, size, geography and style, including single family units, townhouses, garden-style and high rise apartment buildings. PHM’s broad experience and knowledge provide both POAH and its financing partners with confidence that their properties are performing at their maximum potential.
