| In a single transaction, POAH purchased five rental properties in Florida - four in the Miami area and one in the Jacksonville area- preserving a total of 846 affordable homes. By acquiring these properties out of bankruptcy, POAH also contributed to securing the legacy of a local non-profit which was winding down its operations after 20 years.
