PROPERTY MANAGER PROPERTY MANAGER Carthage, MO PHM is seeking a Manager to oversee two rent-subsidized properties in Carthage. The ideal applicant will possess hands-on experience and the demonstrated ability to lead staff and oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance programs, marketing and leasing activity, occupancy, financial analysis, budget preparations and annual tenant certifications. Previous experience with government-assisted and subsidized housing programs preferred but not required. Flexibility, positive attitude, team orientation and willingness to learn a must! RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR Independence, MO PHM is currently seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) for a 745-unit affordable property in Independence, Missouri. The Resident Services program promotes self-sufficiency among the tenant population, and encourages their community participation. The RSC provides case management services, referring residents to local service providers or bringing providers and programs on-site to allow larger groups to participate. The minimum requirements for this position are a 4-year degree in Psychology or Counseling, at least three years of experience in service delivery to families or the elderly and a sound working knowledge of available support services and community resources. Must possess the ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve and provide results for residents in need. Familiarity with government-assisted and subsidized housing programs preferred but not required. Flexibility, positive attitude, team orientation and willingness to learn a must!
