Kathleen Day is a development associate who assists the Chicago team with all aspects of the Woodlawn Park redevelopment including acquisitions, rehabilitations and financing. She assists in dealings with contractors, architects and others to ensure smooth operations. She helps the development team members working with HUD, state housing agencies, lenders, investors and others to successfully complete phases of the redevelopment on time and on budget.
Kathleen holds more than three years of non-profit experience and background in affordable housing including project management and pro forma financial analysis. She was a project manager for a revitalization plan for a mixed used area in the Borough of Ahuntsic-Cartierville (Montreal) and a housing research consultant for the City of Montreal Department of Housing. She was a tenant organizer for the Chicago Rehab Network from 2008 - 2009.
Kathleen holds a Master of Urban Planning from McGill University School of Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wesleyan University.
