ANCHOR: New affordable housing is now opening up in Chicago’s Woodlawn neighborhood. They had a ribbon-cutting ceremony held this morning for the Trianon Lofts at 61st and Cottage Grove. This is the first time in more than 40 years that market rate units of rental housing have been built.
GORNSTEIN: Housing is available across the income spectrum for both rental and home-buying opportunities.
ANCHOR: The four-story building has 20 two-bedroom apartments and named after former historic Trianon Ballroom.
