Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc., or POAH, is a non-profit organization committed to preserving ‘at risk’ affordable rental housing around the country.  Based in Boston, with a branch office in Chicago, POAH is a growing entrepreneurial organization which currently owns and manages 6,800 affordable rental homes for families, seniors and the working poor in nine states and the District of Columbia.
